Obituary of Donald M Allen

Donald M Allen was born on December 1, 1928 and passed away peacefully on February 15, 2015 at the age of 86. Preceded in death by his loving wife Marjorie and wonderful son Mark. Survived by his son Thomas (Sylvia) daughter Patti Jo (Hal Skogquist) former daughter-in-law Ramona, 3 grandchildren, sister Shirley Michaud, brothers Russ and Rich, sister-in-law Donna Stromgren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and caring friends. Don worked at Onan Corporation for many years and owned Allen Enterprises in Isanti County for 25 years before retiring and moving to Coon Rapids. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life and was an avid golfer. Known for his positive attitude and good sense of humor he will be missed by all. Mass of Christian Burial at Church of Epiphany, 111th and Hanson Blvd. Coon Rapids, on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, reviewal at 9:30 AM, Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Epiphany Cemetery.
