Obituary of Jane M. Abrams

Jane M. Abrams peacefully passed away on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 in St. Luke's Hospice. She was born on Sept. 13, 1941 to Walter and Marlles (Spicer) Ruschmeyer, in Crosby, Minn. Jane worked for Lake Superior Medical Society and retired after 25 years. All who knew her were touched by her loving, caring, kind and generous spirit. She cherished family above all else. Jane was preceded in death by her mother and father. She will be sadly missed by her children, Tony (Carmen) Abrams, Todd (Sue) Abrams, Anita (Booty) Viele and bonus daughter, Anna (Rick) Montgomery; grandchildren, Mario (Katrina), Eric (Shelly), Dakota (Amanda), Brenna, Dyllon and Ryder; great-granddaughter, Leona Jane and a great-grandson and great-granddaughter due in April; sisters, Judy (Dave) DeCent and Darlene (Butch) Combs and her brother, Bill (Melinda) Ruschmeyer; sister-in-law, Lorraine Eckdahl; as well as many nieces, nephews and countless friends that were like family.
