Obituary of Linda Sue Harwood

Linda Sue Harwood, 63, of Duluth, Minn., passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 in Solvay Hospice House. Linda was born in Deer River, Minn. on Oct. 28, 1951 to James and Lauretta (Nordahl) Harwood. She was employed for a number of years in the hospitality industry before working at St. Mary's Clinic where she fulfilled many roles. Linda enjoyed tending to her flower garden and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Tim Myers and her parents. Linda is survived by her daughters Kristi (John) Schulte of Duluth and Renee (Chris) Rabe of Great Falls, Mont.; grandchildren Hayden, Jonathon, Maddy, Grace, Ashlyn and Carson; brothers John (Deb) and Randy Harwood; sister Lorri (Brian) Fowler; and several nieces nephews extended family members and friends. A special thank-you to the staff of Solvay Hospice House for the extraordinary care they provided Linda. GATHERING of family and friends will be held from 2 pm until the 3 pm memorial service Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in Cremation Society of Minnesota 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth.
