Cullen, Janet V. Age 69, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully March 18, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Howard and Faustina Cullen; brothers, Dick and Jerry Cullen. Survived by children, Shelley (Jim) Haider and Craig (Amanda) Snyder; grandchildren, Samuel and Alexander Haider, Vanessa, Savanna and Cayden.
