Obituary of Marlene Wichman

A Long-time Resident of the White Bear Lake Area Passed away peacefully Friday, the 27th of March, at St. Odilia Care Center. She was born in 1939 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Carl and Elizabeth Berggren. She graduated from Wilson High School in 1957. Marlene loved socializing, enjoyed going to rosary and coffee with friends, as well as knitting, crocheting and collecting lady bugs and cardinals. She married Charles Wichman on January 30, 1965. They loved to travel every winter to Florida where they stayed near friends and played cards and socialized. Survived by children, Christian (Melissa), Kathy (Bob) Carroll, Ronald (Shannon) and David (Stacy); grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph and Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ron; husband, Charlie. Private service and interment at Fort Snelling.
