Obituary of Harry Lindsey Brock

Harry Lindsey Brock Sr., 95, of Piedmont Heights, Duluth died at St. Mary's hospital. He was born Feb. 26, 1920 in Duluth the son of William and Josephine (Foubert) Brock. Harry was married 64 years to Hazel Brock (Hollingsworth). He was a railroad engineer BNSF. he served in World War II with the 125th Field Artillery-"Red Bull". He loved golf; fishing; hunting, flying his plane and woodcarving. Member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church Piedmont Heights. He is preceded in death by four brothers; two sisters and two grand children Shauna and Zachary. Survived by loving spouse Hazel; sons Lynn David (Diane) Peterson; Harry (Emeline) Brock Jr.; daughter Colleen (Paul) Goesling (Brock); sister June Gregoire; close friends Dave and Greg; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. VISITATION: 10 a.m. Friday, April 24, until the 11 a.m. Mass in St Lawrence Catholic Church Piedmont Heights. Full Military honors will be accorded by the Duluth Honor Guard. Reception following the service. "We will miss your love; determination; and humor."
