Obituary of Wallace M Pfister
Wallace M. Pfister, 93, of Duluth, passed away on May 21, 2015 at his home with his family by his side.
Wallace was born in Duluth on July 15, 1921 to Michael and Mary (Tangel) Pfister. He was drafted in 1943 and served in Germany under General Patton. Wallace spent the majority of his working career as a baker for Master Bakery. He enjoyed hobby farming in his retirement.
He is preceded in death by his wife Kathleen; very dear friend Shirley Lewandowski and great-granddaughter Amelia Rose.
Wallace is survived by his children, Wallace (Shirley), Patricia (John) Lenard, Pamela (Gerry) Watters and Annie (Randy) George; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sister Evelyn Soder and beloved dog Penny.
Gathering of family and friends will be held from 9 am until the 10 am memorial service on Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Cremation Society of Minnesota 4100 Grand Ave. Duluth, MN. Services entrusted to Cremation Society of Minnesota 218-624-5200
