Obituary of Karl Michael Benedickt

Karl Michael “Mike” Benedickt, of Duluth, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015, after many years of medical issues. He was born on January 24, 1961 and graduated from Superior Senior High School in 1979. Mike was a master craftsman in many trades, an avid outdoorsman, and a motorcycle enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his father, Karl Michael Benedickt, Sr., in 1976 and his sister, Rhonda Marie Benedickt in 2011. Mike is survived by daughters, Amanda Marie Harvey and Erika Deane Benedickt; grandchildren, Parker, Aiden and Scarlett; his mother, Janet Johnson of Barnes, WI; sister, Brenda (Denny) Douville and brother, Rick (Kathy) Benedickt; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. A potluck gathering for family and friends will be held Sunday, May 31st from 1pm until 3pm at Chambers Grove Park, Duluth. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Minnesota, 218-624-5200
