Becoming a Member of the Cremation Society of Minnesota has many benefits. From saving your survivors money to having your final wishes known, a membership takes the burden off your family in a stressful time. Filling out the membership registration form answers all the questions that will be needed for individual to sign and approve their own future cremation and complete a death certificate.

There is a one-time $15.00 registration fee to set up your membership and paperwork. You can fill out the Membership Form and pay online or download and print the form and mail it along with a check for $15 to our Minneapolis location. Our staff will process your registration form and mail you a wallet ID card, a certificate of membership, and acknowledgement letter.
