Obituary of Diane Carol Holmes

Diane Carol Holmes, 79, passed Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Miller Dwan.

Diane was born March 12, 1943.

Diane was married to Ronald Holmes for 59 years. She attended Fredenberg Chapel for many years and more recently worshiped at, Emmanuel Baptist Church in Duluth. She cherished praising her Lord and looked forward to seeing him in heaven. Diane fiercely loved her family and looked forward to Saturday morning coffee and also spending time with her many friends at church. She was spunky and quick witted and brought a smile to everyone’s face! She will be deeply missed.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Norma Hanson, brother, Dennis and daughter, Elizabeth. She is survived by her husband, Ronald F., daughter, Wendy (Gene) son, Ronald D., granddaughters, Ciara (Brady) and Stephanie.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1505 Eklund Ave, Duluth, Mn 55811, on November 15, with a visitation from 10:00-11:00 and a service at 11:00.
