I remember Jess as a sweet, kind, caring young lady. She was in Girl Scouts with my daughter and was always willing to help out and join in the activities. Such a kind soul. I am so sorry for your loss, the world is a sadder place with out her smile.

Jess was the first kid on the block to welcome my daughter when we moved to Elizabeth City. Outgoing, generous, and an old soul mature beyond her years, she was a good friend to have. I’m so sorry that she is gone. Love to Julie, Peter, and her big brothers. Sylvia Berry
