Lorraine and Neil were legends of the Travelers Assistance program at MSP International. They preferred working in the arrivals area where they could welcome international guests to Minnesota. Lorraine always had a pocket full of change which she gave to travelers for the pay phones. They volunteered together until Neils health failed, donating thousands of hours to the airport foundation. They are loved and missed.
