WAYNE, Emil “Robie”

It is with great sorrow to share that Emil Robie Wayne, age 72, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully at home on July 15 with his loving wife Kristie by his side. He was preceded in death by his mother Babette (Bobbie) Robitshek Wayne and grandparents, Emil and Leonora Robitshek.  Generous with all he knew, a classic Renaissance man with a strong aptitude for business and finance, he continually explored and expanded his many personal interests and talents. Robie loved grilling and cooking, fine beers and vodka, reading, cars, his dogs, his friends and relationships, and his long time passion, fishing. He is survived by, his wife, Kristie L Wayne, furry son Houdini, sister Roberta Louise (Bobbie), nephews, Robert (April) Kalman, Todd (Elissa) Kalman, niece Stacie (Perry) Cowen, and their many beloved children.
