Jean Marie Maltese

April 21, 1928 - October 14, 2019

At age 91, Jean passed peacefully away on the morning of Oct 14, 2019. Loving mother and wife to our Dad, Ted, and the loving foundation of our family. Her sincere kindness was felt by all who knew her. We will remember her great baking, generosity, unshakable faith and love for family and friends. An RN, Jean graduated in 1951, with the last class of Cadet Nurse Corps, College of St Catherine, and worked as a nurse into her mid 70’s. She married her love, Theodore, in 1955 and together enjoyed 61 years of family, friends, church, laughter, and camping trips in their station wagon with their children Rosemary, Joseph (Diane), Angela, Michael, Mary Clare (Jorge), Phillip. Also survived by grandchildren Maxwell, Louis, Chella, Lucia, Lucas; sisters Marian, Nancy and many nieces and nephews. A beautiful new light shines in the heavens and she will be greatly missed here on earth.
