Lana was such a strong and significant presence in this world. She survived so many challenges and struggled through to succeed every time it was possible. I admired her in many ways. She was an amazing teacher, loyal friend and strong advocate for all she loved. Her family took such good care of her. especially in these last years. Thank you for your loving, persistent, valuable contributions that made her life what it could be.

I am so sad to hear of Lana’s passing from this earth. I loved sharing her goofy humor and swapping stories with her. I am thankful she was part of my life. My heart is with her sisters and family members who are missing her. And I’m glad her much loved kitties are being cared for by her family. Thanks for the memories of Lana.
