Minnie Ann Holmberg

Age 94, passed away December 31, 2018. Proud WWII Veteran who served in the Women's Air Corps (WAC). She is survived by her husband Ralph, daughter Marcia, son Wayne, sister Alice, brother Louis and wife Phyllis, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers, sisters and spouses: Charlie, Ben (Neva), Walter (Margaret), John (Millie), Clarence, Viola (Merlin), Dorothy (Lenny), brother-in-law Dennis and former sister-in-law Dotty. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 5, 2019, 11:00 am Richfield Lutheran Church, 60th Street and Nicollet Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55419.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Minnie's name to the Minnesota Veteran's Home -Minneapolis, 5101 Minnehaha Ave. So., Minneapolis, MN 55417 – Attention: Sandy Larson or the American Cancer Society. The family is grateful for the many years of excellent care provided by the staff of the Minnesota Veteran's Home.
