Obituary of Judith (Anderson) Haugh
Judith (Anderson) Haugh, age 75, of Burnsville, formerly of Prior Lake, continued her travels on November 25, 2018 surrounded by her sister, daughter, and son. She is survived by son Peter of Edwards, CO; daughter Jennifer of Seward, AK; siblings Shari Martini and Greg Anderson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and countless close friends. Judy was born in Little Falls, grew up in Bloomington, and graduated from Bloomington High School. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Judy taught English in Bloomington and Japan before taking time to raise her children on Prior Lake. She later completed her master's degree at Mankato State University, and then served as a librarian and media specialist in the Prior Lake Savage Area schools for 23 years. The Great Jude was an avid reader, world traveler, and calligrapher, who enjoyed theater, art, NPR, crime shows, sitting on decks drinking wine, and a variety of music. She was fiercely loved and is greatly missed by the people whose lives she touched. Her life will be celebrated on Friday, November 30, from 5-8 p.m. at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake. Remarks will begin at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center.
