Obituary of Julia A. Cochran

Julia A. Cochran, age 51, of Eagan, passed away suddenly on November 4, 2018. Julia entered the Army after graduating from Rosemount High School. She served as a PFC Specialist in Germany until an illness left her disabled. She loved to interact with her customers at McDonalds and Mary Kay. She was preceded in death by Keith Root. Survived by sons, Blaine (Gabrielle Pierce) Rice and Dominic William Elias Jr.; granddaughter Aeris Rice; mother and step dad, Gloria (Richard) Mueller; many aunts, uncles, and other relatives, along with many friends.
