Jeff died peacefully at home in St Louis Park, MN on Saturday, September 26, 2026 after many years of health issues.

Jeff was born in Racine, WI on July 3, 1957, to John & Frances (Schmidt) Gramer. He was preceded in death by both parents and his brothers Randy, Tommy, his sister Cathy and his youngest brother, Wally. He is survived by his wife Betty and brothers Bobby (Marilyn) & Chuck (Jill Fox) as well as his sisters-in-law Helen (Randy), Deb (Tommy). Stepsons Mike (Libby) & Sean as well as several Step-grandchildren and many other family members.

Jeff loved riding his Harley when he was able and enjoying the MN outdoors.

Please know he is at peace today and watching over all those he loved.
