Dr. Roseann Irene Greig beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many passed away peacefully, at the age of 82, surrounded by her loving family on June 15th, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of intelligence, perseverance, compassion and unconditional love.

Roseann was born on April 15th, 1944, in Hibbing, MN. Roseann developed a strong sense of determination and curiosity from an early age growing up in Chisholm. She achieved those qualities throughout her life, inspiring everyone who knew her with her sharp mind, resilience and commitment to personal growth.

She lived a life defined by love, kindness, strength, and devotion to her husband of 59 years Bill and her daughters Roxanne and Robyn. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her warm heart, gentle spirit and unwavering devotion to helping others. 

She was a devoted Mother whose guidance, encouragement and unconditional love shaped the lives of her children. Her family was her greatest joy and the memories that were created will be treasured forever.

Roseann worked as a registered nurse for 25 years. She believed that learning never ends. Her most remarkable achievement was earning her Doctorate in Psychology in her 50’s, demonstrating that it is never too late to pursue one’s dreams. Her accomplishment reflected her courage, dedication, and belief in the power of education. Through her work and relationships, she sought to understand and help others, leaving a meaningful impact on many lives as both a nurse and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology.

In her later years, she faced the challenges of Alzheimer's disease with courage and grace. Though the disease gradually took away many of her memories she held dear, it never diminished the love she inspired in those around her.  Until the end her family remained by her side, honoring the woman she had always been and the countless ways she enriched their lives. 

  She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Greig, her daughters Roxanne (Chris) Frolik, Robyn (Jason) Hoechst and her grandchildren Riley and Ryann Frolik and Maverick Hoechst.

Those who knew Dr. Rose will remember her for her compassion, wisdom, and the comfort she brought to others. Her legacy lives in the hearts of her family and friends and in the lessons of love, resilience and kindness she shared throughout her life.

Though she is no longer with us in person, her love, wisdom and spirit will remain with all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, June 28, 2026 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park MN 55445.
