Archie C. Doroff Obituary

Archie Doroff passed away at the age of 86 at his home in Little Falls, mn on June 4th, 2026.  


He was the son of Max and Emily Doroff and lived in Little Falls MN until he was 18 and joined the U.S.Marine Corp for 4 yrs. He later joined the Minnesota Army National Guard and served 16 years.  


He worked as a truck driver for the City of Minneapolis for 34 years and was a long standing member of the American Legion, 1st in Anoka, MN and then in Little Falls MN.


Archie married the love of his life, Elaine Garrison in Nov. 1962.  They raised, 2 children, Scott and Christine and lived in Ramsey, MN for 25 years and then built their dream home on lake MilleLacs in the township of Garrison, MN where they lived for 20 years.  In 2018 they decided to move back to their home town of Little Falls, Mn.


Archie loved fishing, hunting, camping and snowmobiling but his biggest love was spending time with his family and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers LeRoy and Jim, his sisters Carol, Arliss and Delphine and his daughter, Christine (Christy).


He is survived by his wife Elaine, his son Scott (Rebecca), Son in law, Denny and 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Pat and Bill,  2 sisters Roseanne and Jackie.


Burial will be at Camp Ripley, Mn.
