It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Sandy K. Rempfer, who left us on May 26, 2026 at the age of 78. Sandy brought immense light, warmth, and love into our family. For thirty-seven years, she was the cornerstone of our blended family, cultivating a home filled with laughter, support and holiday traditions. Sandy spent years as a dairy products commodities trader and had a personality that created long-lasting business relationships. In 2000 Sandy achieved her lifelong goal of owning her own company (American Dairy Ingredients Inc.) where she shipped product throughout the U.S, retiring in 2024. She had a passion for card playing while wintering in Florida with her husband Paul Rempfer, she enjoyed attending car races around the U.S. with Paul and had a knack for creating new friendships. Sandy will be remembered for her warm hospitality, quick wit and the love she displayed to her pets and others.


She is survived by her devoted husband Paul Rempfer of thirty-seven years. Her child Robert Cree, her stepchildren Jim (Colleen) Rempfer (Plymouth, MN), John Rempfer (Melrose, MN) Julie (Kurt) Soular Lake Elmo, MN. Her grandchildren Brady (Carlie) Soular, Cole Soular, Brooke (Lonn) Iwashita and great-grandchildren Tatum Iwashita and Scarlett Soular whom she cherished immensely.


She is preceded in death by her mother Katherine Schnell and father Charles Schnell of Clayton, WI and grandchild Morgan Jo Rempfer.


A private celebration honoring her beautiful life will take place at a later date.
