Carter, Arleen L. Age 95 of Brooklyn Park, passed away on May 2, 2026. Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.  Survived by children, Steven (Donna), Michael, Linda, Nancy (Mike), Brian (Ruthann), Cheryl; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons. Preceded in death by Husband Kenneth & granddaughter. Arleen retired as a PARA with the Minneapolis school district. She was an avid puzzler (crossword & jigsaw), enjoyed trips to the casino & loved gardening/ flowers . At Arleen’s request, no service.
