Kelly John Anderson, 59 of Glenwood MN, was welcomed home by his Heavenly Father April 29th, 2026 surrounded by his family and beloved pets after his courageous 7-year battle with cancer. Throughout his battle, Kelly exemplified grace and positivity that inspired everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Born July 9th, 1966 and brought into the family of Dale & Ruth Anderson, who loved and cared for him unconditionally in Glenwood, MN.

A skilled welder of 38 years at places Standard Iron, Kleespie, Case IH, and most recently Fast Global Solutions for the past ten plus years.

In 1994 he met his soul mate, best friend, and love of his life Becky; where the two moved to Starbuck to raise their 3 children, later moving to Glenwood in 2015. The two were united in marriage on July 29th, 2017.

A devoted husband, Father, Papa, and Friend. He cherished every minute spent with family and friends. He never hesitated to put the needs of others before his own. He enjoyed going to the camper, lake, and for golf cart rides with his wife, kids, grandchildren and 2 fur kids. Kelly touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing him. His selfless kindness, generous spirit, and strong faith will be remembered forever. He leaves behind a legacy of Love, Strength, and Compassion that lives on in all of us.

Kelly is survived by his loving wife; Becky Anderson of Glenwood, 3 Sons; Benjamin Anderson of Alexandria MN, Kyle (Sarah) Fiala of Moorhead MN, Brandon (Sara) Berthiaume of Starbuck MN, Mother; Ruth Anderson of Alexandria MN, Brother; Kevin Anderson of Glenwood MN, Sister; Karla (Charles) Spoden of St. Cloud MN, 6 Grandchildren; Jaelynn, Eliza, Bowie, Sawyer, Luella, and Baby Girl Fiala due in November, several nieces and nephews, Two very special 4 legged fur kids; Zoey and Tinker, and many other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father; Dale Anderson, Sister in-law; Bev Anderson, Fraternal and Paternal Grandparents.

At his and the family's request in lieu of a service there will be a private family fun day to celebrate his life.

Words can't express the heartbreak, sadness, and loss that our family and friends feel at his passing. If we continued we could write an entire book on how much Kelly meant to us and what an incredible person he was.

Though he is no longer with us on Earth we know is always watching over us, always in our hearts, and just a prayer away.

We will miss you so badly Kelly. To our Mom, you were her sanctuary and haven. To my brother and I you were our steadfast example of what type of men we should always strive to be, you were our hero and our lives will be forever blessed God sent you to us when we needed you most. Until we meet again.
