Mary Patricia Tousley Obituary

Mary Patricia Tousley (née Weaver), born May 18, 1944, passed away on April 19, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Mary was a devoted wife of 63 years, having married John Tousley in 1963, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her life was deeply rooted in family, and she played a significant role in shaping the lives of those around her throughout the years.

She had a deep appreciation for family, faith, and tradition, and she carried those things with her in the way she lived each day. To those who knew her, she was a steady presence—someone who created a home, held memories, and shaped the lives around her in ways that will not be forgotten.

She had a long and successful career at Minco Products, where she built many lasting friendships. Later in life, Mary volunteered with the Auxiliary Legion in St. Francis, where she found connection, friends, and a sense of community.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene McDonald (née Weaver); her father, Barry Eugene Weaver; and her mother, Vivienne Weaver (née Courtemanche).

She is survived by her husband, John R. Tousley; her sister, Jackie Pfeifer (née Weaver), and her brother, George Weaver (wife Mary); her children, Michele Tousley, John Tousley II, and Sheila Tousley; her grandchildren, Dakota Albrecht (wife Marie), Taylor Albrecht, Kimberly Hooper (husband Chris), Kirsten Blaido (fiancé Tanner), Gabriel Blaido (fiancée Kaylee), and Adam Tousley; and her great-grandchildren, James, Violet, Jade, Myles, Addie, and Sophia; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A celebration of Mary’s life will be held on June 20 at the St. Francis Legion at 2 PM.
