Carole Darlene Becker passed away peacefully at her home in Red Wing, Minnesota on April 25, 2026, at the rich age of 92.

Carole was born on November 30, 1933, in La Crosse, Wisconsin to Hurley and Helen Russell. Carole married the true love of her life Leslie Becker on September 9, 1950. She and Leslie were both baptized as Jehovah's Witnesses in 1958 at the International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses held at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York.

Together they made a life of teaching their family and countless others about their great God Jehovah. They were devoted and loyal to each other enjoying both a happy and lasting marriage of nearly 70 years! They had 3 dear children, Doug Becker, JoAnne Wiederholt, and Ron Becker. Known as "Grandma B", she adored affection from her 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She will be cherished and remembered as a doting and affectionate wife, mother and grandmother. She also had a reputation as an empathetic listener, kind counselor, and genuine friend to those in need being generous with her time, energy and finances in helping others. 

Gregarious by nature, she enjoyed music, traveling, cooking, playing cards and dancing. Whether it was a card party, campfire or fish fry she loved being with family and friends. Her smile and laugh were simply contagious. It was also noteworthy that time and again Carole faced life's challenges with courage, faith and dignity right down to the very end.

She is survived by her daughter JoAnne.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie; and sons, Doug and Ron, as well as her siblings and parents.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday May 9, 2026, at 2:00PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4420 Cady Street, Red Wing, MN
