Bryan Coleman, 70, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away on April 17, 2026.

Bryan was born on January 11, 1956, in Kansas City, Missouri, and was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Bryan had a deep love for his family and found his greatest joy in being surrounded by those he loved. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose presence will be deeply missed. Bryan was married to his beautiful wife for 51 years, and they loved each other deeply.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Coleman (St. Jacque); his children, Michelle Florey (Jeff), Kristina Coleman, Steven Coleman (Eylicia), and Adam Coleman (Elizabeth).

He also leaves behind a legacy of love through his grandchildren: Lindsay Fischer (Austin), Hannah Florey, Ky'juan Garner, Isabelle Florey, Allen Shannon, Rhea Coleman, Oxlee Coleman, Lauren Johnson, and Summit Coleman; as well as his great-grandchildren, Jason Monk Jr. and Aurora Monk.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Coleman and Patricia Coleman, and his brother, George Coleman.

Bryan was an avid fan of all sports, especially devoted to the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Twins, and had a true love of music, always enjoying and sharing good songs. Cooking for his family brought him great joy, and he treasured those moments spent preparing meals and gathering together. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors camping, ice fishing (though he’d be the first to say he never caught any fish), and gardening, and had a special place in his heart for dogs, which brought him companionship and happiness.

Bryan will be remembered for his love of music and family, and the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the home of Michelle and Jeff Florey, 327 Apple Lane, Richfield, Minnesota 55423. In honor of Bryan’s love for the simple things, family and friends are invited to gather for music, refreshments, and time together in remembrance of his life.
