Karen Lee Fitch (Groth) born August 21, 1942, in North Minneapolis to Leona and Elmer Groth. Passed away, March 25, 2026. Karen grew up in the Camden area of Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School.

She worked at The Prudential out of High School where she met her husband, Bruce Fitch. They were married on May 21, 1966.

Karen and Bruce lived and raised their family in Maple Grove, MN. She worked in banking for many years at Norwest bank and then Wells Fargo. She really enjoyed her co-workers and customers.

She also loved all animals and always had a dog or cat living in their house.

Preceded in death her parents, Elmer and Lee Groth, and brother, Craig Groth.

Survived by husband of nearly 60 years, Bruce Fitch; son, Steven Fitch; Daughter and Son-in-Law Cris and Jim Stetler; Grandchildren Kira, Jack and Michael Stetler.

Memorial Gathering  1pm~3pm Saturday,  April 11, 2026, in the reception room at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park (763-560-3100).
