Eden Prairie, MN - Elaine Marie (Lowery) Hoffman, 78, of Bloomington, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at home on March 13, 2026 following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

      She was born March 5, 1948, in Sisseton, South Dakota, to Harold and Esther Lowery. She attended Humboldt Business School, and went on to build a career as an office/HR manager.

      Elaine was known for her kind, loving, and generous spirit and for the deep devotion she had for her family. She enjoyed knitting, quilting, sewing, crafting, gardening, and baking; and she took great joy in sharing her creations with those she loved.

      She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Esther Lowery, and her brothers, Neil and Syril Lowery.

      Elaine is survived by her husband, Bob Hoffman; her children, Ryan & Christine Hoffman, and Monica Sheppard; and her beloved grandchildren, Brady and Kallen Hoffman, and Harley, Weston, and Daniel Sheppard, and her sister, Clarice Peterson.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew her.
