Diane L Webber Obituary
Diane L. Webber, age 83, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by family.
Diane was born on September 30, 1942, to John and Francis Savage. A determined and accomplished woman, she put herself through school as a single parent and earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science. She went on to build a highly successful career at Digital Equipment Corporation, later known as Compaq and Hewlett‑Packard, retiring in 1995. During her career, Diane was especially proud of being the top salesperson in her division and was a true pioneer for women in the technology field.
Beyond her professional achievements, Diane loved to travel and found her greatest sense of peace and happiness at her place in Northern Minnesota, where she spent countless summer evenings and days exploring the North Shore. Above all else, Diane’s greatest joy was her family, including her children, grandchildren, and great‑grandchildren, who were the center of her life. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, independence, and love that will always be remembered.
Diane is survived by her brother, Patrick Savage (Helen); her children, Rick (Cathy) Germain, Theresa (Kerry) Campion, and Jay Webber; her grandchildren, Liza Germain, Blake Germain, Casey Campion (Natalie), Erik Campion, William Webber (Anna), Cody Webber, and Hailey Webber; and her great‑grandchildren, Sadie Jenkins, Aria McGregor, MyKenzie Holden, and Isla and Anya Campion.
