Jean Ann Frazer (Weber)

We share with great sadness that Jean passed away peacefully at home in Cottage Grove, MN on February 27th, 2026
Jean was born and raised in the St. Paul Park area. Once married to Lawrence Frazer of St. Paul, MN they built and moved into an Orrin Thompson home in 1959 on Butternut St., later turning to Hale Ave. Raising six children, she remained there till the end of her days.
Jean attended Park School in St. Paul Park, which at the time was all grades. A memory she always shared was of her having Granny Smith as a teacher in his first years teaching. She loved camping, working at Dawn’s Café, and down at Hub’s Landing & Marina, where she ran Grandma Jeans sandwich shop and ship store. In her later years, she loved her trips to Louisiana to see family.
She is preceded in death by husband Lawrence, son Michael, sister Joyce, and parents Laura and Otto Weber. She is survived by her brother Al Weber, her children John and Vicky Stratton, Daughter in-law Anne Frazer (Michael), David and Sue Frazer, Mark and Monica Frazer, Doug Frazer, Dawn and Mark Haas. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
