Sharon (Nelsestuen) Daly passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, at Global Pointe Memory Care in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

Born on October 11, 1943, Sharon was a proud graduate of Minneapolis Central High School. She was a longtime resident of Bloomington, Minnesota, where she built a life centered on friendships, community, and the simple joys of everyday life.

Sharon found great happiness at her lake home, where she loved boating and spending peaceful time on the water. She had a creative spirit and enjoyed many arts and crafts projects, often sharing her talents with those around her. She also dearly loved her pet dogs, who brought her comfort and companionship over the years. She treasured her many friendships — including coworkers, childhood friends, and relatives — who remained dear to her throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Daly. Sharon’s life was a quiet testament to resilience, kindness, and enduring love. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her, and may she now rest in peace.
