BELL (Pfortner), Petra, "Petey", age 70, of Osseo, passed away at her home on February 7, 2026.  Longtime member of the "Duffy's" family in Osseo.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Margot Pfortner; siblings, Herbert, Wolfgang, Renate and Angelika.  She will be deeply missed by her son, Stephan Bell (Faye); grandchildren, Kylie and Gavin; brother, Hans-Jurgen Pfortner (Marie); many relatives and good friends.  Celebration of Life 11am Wednesday, February 18th at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park (763-560-3100) with visitation 1 hour before service.  Reception to follow services at Duffy's Bar & Grill, 337 Central Avenue, Osseo.
