Cloutier - Koch (Owens), Linda, age 78, of Anoka, passed away on Thursday, Feb 6th, 2026 after having survived several cancers.  She is preceded in death by husbands, James Cloutier, Curtis Koch; parents, Charles and Norma Owens; brother, Warren Owens.  She will be deeply missed by her children, Jim Cloutier (Lori), Jeff Cloutier (Gwen), Jodi Cloutier (Kyle), Mike Koch (Michelle); grandchildren, Kristina, Kelsey, Jordan, Riley, Jordan, Wesley, and Ryan; several great grandchildren; many relatives and good friends.  Celebration of Life is being planned - check back for details.   

In lieu of flowers, family will accept memorials for cancer research.   Arrangements are pending for a Celebration of Life 11am Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at Northstar Community Church, 11640 Crooked Lake Boulevard NW, Coon Rapids, Minnesota (763-444-1109) with a visitation at church one hour before service.
