Douglas W. Peterson, age 85, of Bloomington, MN, passed away surrounded by family on February 3, 2026. He is preceded in death by his spouse, Gloria and parents, Waldemar and Hannah, and son, Todd. He is survived by his son, Eric (Lindsey), granddaughters, Abigail (Evan), Elin, Ellis and Etta, great-grandchildren, Isaac and Quinn, as well as many other loving family and friends. He worked as a bricklayer for over 40 years and was a proud Shriner. 

Services will be held Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 12:00PM at Lakewood Cemetery, 3600 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN.
