Jeff Bryan, 61 years old from Richfield, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2026. He was born August 7, 1964, in Ocean City, New Jersey.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim, and son Colin (Elizabeth and stepdaughter Gwen), brothers Matt and Dan (Deb), sister Elizabeth (Linda), sister-in-law Lisa and daughter Rachel, nephew Kyle, and nieces Megan and daughter Kyrie, Lauren, and Claire. Preceded in death by his parents Tom and Dutch, and brother Tom.
The symbolism of the Claddagh represents Love, Loyalty, and Friendship. This imagery well represented how Jeff set out to live his life with great love, strong loyalty, and faithful friendship.
He was proud of his Irish heritage and joined forces with Scots to compete for many years in the Scottish Highland Games. He also gave back by serving on the board and athletic director of the Minnesota Scottish Fair & Highland Games.
Jeff loved Jesus, his family and friends deeply. He carried a simple, steady faith in God and trusted Jesus as his Savior. That belief shaped the way he lived and loved. As we grieve his loss, we are confident that his faith brought him to his eternal home.
Celebration of Life will be held at Hometown Church at the Bloomington Campus, 2300 East 88th St. (close to MOA), on Saturday, February 21. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm, service at 2:00pm, followed by reception. (no live stream available)
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Special Olympics or Can Do Canines
