PHILLIPS, Scott James, age 62, of Maple Grove, previously of Champlin, passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2025.  Longtime employee of Ziegler-Caterpillar - Osseo.  He was preceded in death by daughter, Ashley Fisher.  He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 35 years, Candy; son, Justin Fisher (Cherie); granddaughter, Makayla; grandson, Grant; parents, Jim and Donna Phillips; sisters, Michelle Cave (Don), Teresa Cole (Steve); many relatives and good friends.
