DAVIS (Parpart), Carole "CJ", age 82, of Brooklyn Center, passed away on November 10, 2025. She was born in Lester Prairie, Minnesota on February 25, 1943. She moved to the Cities when she was 8. She was a longtime Administrative Secretary for Metropolitan Medical Center and had her own Ad Specialties business she maintained until retirement.
CJ was an avid lover of animals. She had many dogs and cats throughout her life, not to mention a raccoon, birds, and a goose. She loved to travel. Her and Craig (aka. Doc) loved camping in the Boundary Waters with their collies.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Herb and Ann; and daughter-in-law, Kitty.
She will be deeply missed by her five children, Dan, Tammy, Missy (Bob), Mandy (Lyle) and Deb; 4 grandchildren, Josh (Michelle), Cassy (Chris), Caleb and Brendan; 6 great grandchildren, Josiah, Eli, Garrett, Zade, Lucas and Jacob; along with her significant other of 34 years, Craig "Doc" and Craig's family, as well as many relatives and good friends.
Per her wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
If so desired, memorials requested to St. Judes Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital, Minneapolis, in her memory.
