Debra Gage, age 67, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, 

at HCMC, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on August 22, 1958, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Debra lived a life filled with love, laughter, 

and quiet strength. She was known by all who met her for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and deep 

compassion she showed to everyone.

For many years, Debra dedicated her life to caring for children both at home and at work. Her 

“babies”, as she called them, were truly her pride and joy. She had a special gift for making 

every child feel safe, valued, and loved leaving a lasting mark.

Outside of work, Debra was known for her quick wit, her humor, and her legendary poker face.

Debra will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and by everyone who had the privilege of 

knowing her.

Debra is survived by her daughter, three grandkids, siblings, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Marion and Debra will be held Sunday, June 28th, 2026. Gathering of family and friends 2:00-3:00 PM, service 3:00 PM with reception to follow at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Avenue, Edina MN.
