Mary Kay Kunza

She is Survived by her only sister Ann M. Lazinski (Steve) 

her 2 daughters, Andrea L. Donley (Ryan), Ashley M. Kunza

3 Grandchildren: Charles Donley, Travis Donley and Hannah Donley

Mary Kay Kunza, born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, was a woman of many titles.

First born daughter to Ben and Gerry Kunza. Big sister and protector to Ann. Graduate of Columbia Heights Senior High, Class of 1978. Where she also worked as a lunch lady for over 15 years. She loved working in the same school district where she graduated and shown so much pride in doing so. It made her day when she would see the students and her own girls.  A superhero and mentor to her daughters. In most cases she was also a 2nd mom to many of her children's friends. 

However, the title of Grandma (grammy) was the highest honor to hold.

While retail was her main occupation until she retired in 2021, her other job of being a caregiver to her grandson Noah was the most rewarding and fulfilling job she kept.

A Celebration of Life will be held  at Believer's Bible Chapel

With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and saw you fade away, 

Although we loved you dearly

we could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating

you're now at peaceful rest,

God broke our hearts to prove to us,

He only takes the best.
