Pam Francisco passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, at the extraordinary age of 100.
Born on April 3, 1925, in Cumberland, Wisconsin, Pam was a woman of deep generosity and quiet strength. She had a lifelong passion for helping others, proudly dedicating many years as a volunteer at St. Luke's Hospital, hosting Cub Scout meetings in her home, and baking for countless community fundraisers and events. Pam was best known for her extraordinary talent in the kitchen. She found joy in cooking and loved nothing more than sharing her recipes, especially her legendary treats, with those around her. Mealtime at Pam's was always about more than just food; it was about connection, tradition, and love. Her sense of humor was as memorable as her meals, her quick wit remained sharp well into her later years. Her kindness and warmth created a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know her.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary (Lombard) Ricci; her beloved son, Craig Francisco; and twelve brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons, Russ Francisco and Greg (Nancy) Francisco; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and siblings George, John, Mary, and Gloria.
A celebration of Pam's life will be held on November 1, 2025, at the Cremation Society in Duluth. Visitation begins at 11:00 AM, with a service at 12:00 PM, followed by food and fellowship.
