Gina Marie Thomas passed away at M Health Fairview in Edina MN at the age of 54. She was a resident of Bloomington MN. Gina was born on March 10, 1971. She was the loving daughter of Patricia Thomas and Arnold Thomas.

Gina was a member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and as such, enjoyed working with Native American people and worked at several organizations benefiting Native Americans. She also loved traveling and was able to visit Australia and Ireland.

She is preceded in death by a half-sister Erin Thomas and father Arnold Thomas. She is survived by her three children Christien Dejaun Phillip Thomas of Bloomington, Cambria Patrice Thomas of Plymouth and Cameron Lee May of Minneapolis MN; three grandchildren, Skyler Phillip Thomas-Criner (son of Christien), Geordi Lee Thomas-Huot (son of Cambria) and Myah Marie May-Becker (daughter of Cameron); brother Phillip Arnold Thomas and mother Patricia Louise Thomas.

A Celebration of Life for Gina will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 2:00-4:00pm, at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4343 Nicollet Ave S, Minneapolis MN.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
