Lawrence “Larry” Victor Koska passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 85. He was born on March 17, 1940, in Elrosa, Minnesota, to Robert (Burt) and Wilhemina (Minnie) Koska. 

Larry grew up working on farms and later spent 22 years as a roofer before owning his own electronic repair business, Sandlar Electronics, where he worked on everything from TVs to radios and air conditioners. 

Larry enjoyed spending time in his workshop and garage, taking road trips to the West Coast to visit national parks with his wife Sandy, and capturing family moments through photos and videos.

Known as the neighborhood welcoming committee, Larry was always ready to lend a hand. He could fix just about anything and often made parts himself if he couldn’t find one. A true self-taught craftsman, there was nothing he couldn’t repair.

He was also known for his wit and great sense of humor. 

Above all, Larry enjoyed spending time with his beloved wife, Sandra.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Catholic Church of St. Peter located at 6730 Nicollet Avenue Richfield, Minnesota. A visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
