Virginia “Eilene” Adamsheck, age 89, of Bloomington MN, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025. Eilene was born in Bethel, MO. She was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and follower of Christ. Time with family and friends brought her the greatest joy—especially when it involved a good meal, laughter, and long conversations.

Preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Dorothy; sister, Mary Agnes; brother, Bill; son, Mike; daughter-in-law, Kim; and the love of her life, James “Jim.” Survived by her son, Jeff (Char) Adamsheck; grandchildren, Grant Adamsheck, Tyler (Emily) Adamsheck, Hallee (Owen) Dickinson, Tyler (Kayla) Dow, and Amanda Dow; and great-grandchildren, Rainer, Carson, Lonnie, Torin, and Audrey.

A gathering to celebrate Eilene’s life will be held Friday, October 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Prairie Bluffs Senior Living (10250 Hennepin Town Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55347). Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
