Sean battled his illness with strength and tenacity for 20 years. Tragically, the pain of his illness was too much to bear. We are heartbroken and stricken with grief but know that he is finally at peace after such a long and hard-fought battle. Rest in peace Sean, knowing that we will miss you and love you forever.

Survived by girlfriend Hannah Steinmetz, Grandma Mildred Williams, mom Linda Kelehan, dad Pat Kelehan (Carol), brother Mike Kelehan (Jessica), brother Daniel Kelehan (Christina), brother Patrick Kelehan (Jayden Holmes), and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
