David John Bergman, 92, of Savage, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025.

Dave was born on February 21, 1933 in Minneapolis, MN to John and Dorothy Bergman. He lived in South Minneapolis and the southern suburbs his entire life. He graduated from Bloomington High School in 1952 before serving 2 years in the United States Navy. He went to Dunwoody Institute and was a licensed plumber for 37 years before retiring.

Dave enjoyed coaching tee-ball, soccer, and hockey. He also enjoyed boating and family gatherings. After retirement, Dave enjoyed golf, traveling in the motor home, spending time at the cabin, and wintering in Florida with his wife, Beverly, of 30 years.

Dave is survived by his spouse Beverly Bergman, daughter Marcy Pavlo, sons Jay Bergman    (Kelli), Chris Bergman (Tracy) and Alan Bergman, stepdaughters Chris Haueter, Caren Seibert (Lonee) and Colleen Prairie (David), grandchildren Amy Pavlo, Dena Pavlo, Laura Riippa (Kyle), Kristina Bergman, Stacie Milton, Lucas Bergman (Kristen), Addison Geppert (Glen), Alexandra Kaiser (Joe), MacIntyre Bergman, Peri Grainger (Blake), Jayme Bergman, Simon Bergman (Belle), Kaci Bergman, Zachary Iskat, Jacob Iskat (Kaley), Logan Haueter (Taylor), Lily Seibert, Sydnie Seibert, 23 great grandchildren, and sister Ava Imotichey.

Dave was preceded in death by his father John Bergman, mother Dorothy Bergman and brother Raymond Bergman.

We find comfort in the memories of our time with Dave. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Dave will be laid to rest at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery with full military honors on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 11 AM with a Celebration of Life luncheon immediately following.
