Teresa “Terri” Rose Sprandel, a beloved resident of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Kathy and Greg, as well as her parents. Terri is survived by her life partner, Frank, sons Jason (Ashley) and Jordan (Christina), and grandchildren Madi, Kaity, and Blair. She is also survived by her siblings John, Jim, David, Mary, Deborah, and Delores, as well as many other loving family and friends.

Terri was a lifelong St. Paul resident who cherished family above all else. She was a devoted grandmother, mother, and partner. Terri was a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan, enjoyed reading, taking care of her beloved birds, watching her grandchildren’s extracurricular activities, and loved traveling.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, located at 1414 Dale St N, Saint Paul, MN 55117, on Wednesday, October 8th, at 4 p.m. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. A light dinner will be served after the service.

In lieu of flowers, Terri’s family would prefer memorials.
