NELSON, Philip "Phil" D., age 74, of Maple Grove passed away at home surrounded by his family on September 25, 2025. He was a graduate of Ottumwa High School Class of 1969 and also Iowa State University, class of 1973. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 54 years, Cathy; children, Jeff Nelson, Angie Nelson; grandchildren, Morgan and Gavin Weber; sister, Linda Ball; many relatives and good friends. Per his wishes, private family services.
