Michael “Mike” J. Menth born on May 5, 1934 passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 15th in Woodbury, MN. Mike was a lover of cars and owned many over the years. One lucky plum corvette, he drove to his first date with Linda, led to a 46 year marriage. He was an avid golfer and devout believer in Christ.  Mike, was born and raised in Monticello, MN, he graduated from Dunwoody Institute in Mechanical Drafting. After working as a drafting supervisor, he later entered into sales, as a born people person, this was his calling. Living on Lake Minnetonka, Mike enjoyed boating and golfing regularly. Later he retired to Sun City West, Arizona where he continued to golf, enjoy vintage cars, travel the world and entertain family and friends with his wife, Linda. 

Mike is preceded in death by parents Charles T. Menth and Alice M. Menth, and children Thomas Menth, Jeff Menth and David Bowden. He is survived by his loving wife Linda, children Rebecca Olson (Craig), Brian (Lisa), Mary, John and Betsy Lueth (Brian), and is blessed with nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Second Harvest Heartland or St Therese Foundation 

Service will be on Tuesday 9/23, at St Stephens Episcopal Church, in Edina.  

Visitation 10:00 am, service 11:00 am in the chapel, lunch to follow at Original Pancake House Mike’s favorite.
