Evelyn Bartolome Zuniga, 80 of St Paul, MN passed away peacefully on August 15, 2025 at Suite Living Roseville. Born in San Andres, Catanduanes, Philippines on May 12, 1945. Evelyn graduated from the National Teachers College in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She taught 1st grade for 6 years in Malate, Manila before marrying Manuel Benedicto Zuniga Sr. on May 9, 1971 and coming to the United States in August 1971. Evelyn loved cooking Filipino food, bird watching, traveling and spending time with her two grandchildren, Andres and Cyprian.She will be remembered for her laugh and smile. Her eldest son, Manuel Jr., brought her the most joy and could get her to laugh all the time. Evelyn is survived by her husband Manuel Sr., her sons Manuel Jr. and Michael, and grandsons Andres and Cyprian.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 28 Tat Church of the Risen Savior, 1501 E. County Rd 42, Burnsville, MN 55306 PH 952 431 5222. The family will meet and greet guests at 10am, and the service will start at 11am.
